Return Policy

We are confident that AnnieMak provides only high-quality skincare products. However, If for any reason you're not happy with your results, simply return your bottles OR canisters within 1-year of the purchase date. And even if they're completely empty - we'll send you a full refund of the purchase price, less the cost of any pre-paid label used. All returns must be made within 1-year (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchase) from the shipment date.

Cancelation Policy: If you request the cancellation of your order after it has shipped you are responsible for returning the package prior to receiving a refund. Requests for cancellations must be made within 4 hours of purchase in order to guarantee we can accommodate your request.

For refunds on orders not placed on our website(s) because of a recommendation you received from us, or that you heard about on one of our websites, please contact the person or company you received your order from directly. Should you need assistance in locating a contact email address for any such person or company, please contact our customer success team online at https://anniemak.ladesk.com/submit_ticket or by calling 1 855-783-2009. We will gladly look up the contact information for the individual or company you placed the order with, where applicable. Please include your name, email, phone number and order number (if applicable) regarding an outside order.

We’d love to hear any feedback you have when you submit a return request. For damaged or defective products, it would be especially helpful to see a photo of the issue. This helps us process your return faster and improve our quality control. We’d really appreciate it!

Shipping

Packages from AnnieMak will ship within 48 hours. Depending on where you reside it can take up to 10 days to receive your package.

 

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection protects your purchase should anything happen to the package in transit. If it's lost, stolen, or damaged (even partially), or just in an infinite tracking loop that never seems to get to you…YOU’RE COVERED!!

Here's how it works. If you select Shipping Protection from the shopping cart during checkout, you're covered. If anything happens to your package, including being stolen from your porch, just notify us with the pertinent information WITHIN 30 DAYS of ordering your product as well as your order number.

In most cases, as soon as we receive your claim we will expeditiously review it and process the reship. In the situation where the local delivery vendor has marked the shipment as delivered (but it hasn’t been), there's a search period (5 days for domestic U.S. and 10 days for international orders) before processing the claim to allow us time to help locate the order, as we have found that in the vast majority of these situations, the order does show up.

We do request that you check with family members and neighbors to make sure someone doesn't already have it.

Once a replacement order is approved, it is packed and shipped out to you at our expense immediately. You can expect the order to arrive within 2-3 business days after it ships.

It's that simple. No claim forms, no waiting for a refund, no trying to convince anyone that it's really gone. You tell us what happened and we replace it.

If the same issue occurs with the second shipment, we will provide a refund in lieu of a 3rd shipment.

Any refunds processed in association with this policy will include the product price paid minus the shipping protection fee.
